How to Purchase Your Parking Permit
Already have your permit? Go to Parking & Logistics.
Parking permits are available for $10 per day.
IMPORTANT: In order to purchase a parking permit you MUST have the following information.
NOTE: Parking permits are for a SINGLE DAY, you will need to purchase a permit for each day you are attending.

1. Choose “Conferences”.
2. Choose the date for your permit.
You cannot select more than one date at a time. You’ll have an opportunity to add another permit before checkout.
3. Enter voucher code.
If you selected 5.16.24 GoldLab Symposium use code “gold16“.
If you selected 5.17.24 GoldLab Symposium use code “gold17“.
Click “Apply Voucher”.
4. Select the permit type. There will only be one option but you must select it.
The option will appear above the Voucher Code.
5. Select location. There will only be one option but you must select it.
6. Click “Add Vehicle”
7. Enter vehicle info and click “Add”.
8. Review and click the red “Continue” button at the bottom.
9. STOP! Are you attending both days?
This is your opportunity to add a second permit before checkout. If you need another permit, click “Add Another Permit”. Repeat steps 1-8 for your second permit.
NOTE: You will have to repeat the steps above to add the second permit but you will be able to check out and pay for both at the same time. Don’t forget that the Voucher Code will be different!
10. Complete the billing information and click “Checkout”
11. Review receipt
This is for your reference only. You do NOT need to print anything to display in your vehicle. (Your license plate info is in the parking services database.)
